Your story...

Do you wish you had more energy?

Lack of energy is a struggle for many, with busy jobs, busy home life, various life changes and just the general day to day, prioritising our own health and wellbeing becomes something at the bottom of the list - BUT knowing where to start when it comes to movement doesn't have to be a complicated (or overwhelming) process.


Once you start all you have to do is keep going...

But you have tried everything...

Joined they gym or started fitness classes, started off well but then life, lack of motivation and understanding got in the way.


You are starting your Menopausal journey and all it feels like is that your body is fighting against you.


You have tried fad diets, quick fixes and short cuts before and they worked - just not for long.


You have tried being accountable to yourself - BUT its easier to let yourself off the hook when you aren't accountable to someone else.


Do not fear, it's not your fault - It  takes time to find out what really works for you and something you can stick to.

I know where you are coming from...

I understand your experience.  I have had many tried and failed attempts over my lifetime at adopting a sustainable a consistent approach to movement into my lifestyle.


I have also worked with clients who didn't know where to start or felt they had tried everything, they just weren't built to move and felt stuck.

As a woman experiencing Menopausal symptoms, it has been great to work with a trainer that is consistently studying these topics and applying that knowledge to my sessions.

I was struggling a bit with finding the right balance with exercise and nutrition so working with Cathy really supported me to develop a healthy relationship with both.
